MAKEUP MENTORING AGREEMENT

· By signing up for my makeup mentoring you acknowledge that my fee is non refundable under any circumstances.

· By signing up for my makeup mentoring you understand that cancelling a session with me will result in a loss of that session. Rare exclusions can be applied.

· By signing up for my makeup mentoring you acknowledge that sessions are recorded for future reference and information shared is private between parties involved.

· By signing up for my makeup mentoring you understand that any type of disrespect or harassment will result in termination of the package purchased. 

· By signing up for makeup mentoring with me in personal sessions / packages or group masterclasses you acknowledge that all training videos are my intellectual property and copyright protected and may not be redistributed , copied or shared privately or publicly with any third party , on social media or any other platform and that using my materials , knowledge and specific terminology in order to create , establish or promote a competing business and profiting using identical information, branding labels and descriptions without my consent represents theft of intellectual property and may result in legal action being taken against you.
